What RenewalShield is

RenewalShield monitors SAM.gov registration status and certification expiration dates you provide, and sends email reminders. It is an alerting tool — not legal advice, not a registration service, and not affiliated with SAM.gov or the U.S. Government.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your own compliance. We pull registration data from the official SAM.gov API, but data can lag, APIs can fail, and emails can land in spam. Treat RenewalShield as a safety net, not a substitute for your own calendar and diligence.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenewalShield's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for lost contracts, lapsed registrations, or consequential damages.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually via Stripe and can be canceled anytime — you keep access through the end of the paid period. Full refund within 30 days of first payment, no questions asked. Founding-member pricing is locked for the life of your subscription.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance.
